Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow in math education. This full-time role supports the Center Director, builds a high-energy team, drives student success, and helps achieve center goals with leadership training.

No prior management experience required; training is provided to develop leadership and advance quickly. The position fits a 30-35 hour workweek with a collaborative, kid-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus).
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30-35 hrs).
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
