Mathnasium LLC seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow in math education. You will partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals.

This full-time role offers hands-on leadership training and a clear path to becoming Center Director. You'll craft customized math plans, supervise tutors, manage curriculum and communications with parents, and help oversee daily operations.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus).
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs).
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
