Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in education, math, or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations in the center.
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule staff; deliver individualized instruction.
• Lead and motivate team members; develop talents both professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Conduct sales by responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Administer student assessments and develop learning plans.
