Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking required to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Serve in various roles, including teacher, cook, and/or driver, as needed.
