Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead teaching staff, support families, and drive enrollment, accreditation, and day-to-day operations at our centers. You will educate parents and staff on the value of early childhood education and bring it to life for the children you serve.

You will work with a team to ensure a positive environment, uphold quality programs, and partner with families, licensing authorities, and community partners to deliver

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
