KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an Assistant Center Director to help lead our center’s teaching staff, families, and enrollment objectives. You will collaborate with parents to ensure outstanding care and education while coordinating with licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• At least two years in early childhood education
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state guidelines for the role
• Must be physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, families, and enrollment goals
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver
