KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our center with teaching staff, families, enrollment, accreditation, and operations. You will partner with the Center Director to ensure high-quality care and education for children, while modeling our curriculum and center values.

This role requires at least two years in early childhood education, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work with licensing authorities, families, and staff.

Qualificações

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
