Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with our world-class curriculum and accreditation processes. You will work closely with the Center Director to support families, teachers, and community partners while ensuring enrollment and high-quality education for children.

You will collaborate with parents to deliver the best care, meet state guidelines, and may take on roles such as teacher, cook, or driver as needed to support center operations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience is required.
• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills are essential.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and achieving enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Serve in various roles within the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
