KinderCare Education LLC is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with a strong focus on educational excellence and family partnerships. You will work closely with the Center Director, teachers, and staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals while upholding our curriculum and standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, and listening skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
• Reasonable accommodation available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and supporting families to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles within the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
