KinderCare Education LLC is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our center, support families and staff, and drive enrollment and quality standards. You will partner with the Center Director, engage with parents, teachers and licensing authorities, and fill multiple roles as needed to ensure reliable, high‑quality early childhood education for children in our care.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
