Job summary

Kids Quest at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT seeks an Assistant Center Director to help lead daily operations and guest experiences.

You will support the Center Director, hire and train staff, and promote a fun, team-based atmosphere while delivering high-quality entertainment for visitors. The role requires 18+ and casino environment eligibility, with opportunities for growth and career development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year managerial experience
• Experience leading staff and planning activities
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays
• Experience with Microsoft Office and POS
• Must be 18+ and able to work in a casino environment
• Associate degree or ECU credits preferred
