You will assist with planogram resets, item maintenance, data entry, and post-promotion analysis while developing knowledge of retail merchandising and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or product management in retail/convenience environments preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Category Manager with planogram resets, shelf sets and product placement.
• Help develop and execute promotional programs and track performance.
• Support data entry, reporting and analysis for category reviews and vendor meetings.
• Develop knowledge of category management principles and retail merchandising.
