Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time role to support residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living, performing non hands-on assistance, transporting residents to activities and meals, and addressing emergencies promptly and safely.

The position requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain any required state certifications within 30 days of hire. Prior experience with the elderly is preferred and a calm, respectful demeanor is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.
• If not certified, must be able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire, if required.
