Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Assistant Caregiver for Memory Care. You will assist residents, transport within the community, and respond to calls and safety needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, CPR, and be willing to obtain any required certification within 30 days. Experience with elderly residents is preferred; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are offered along with benefits like 401(k) and Daily Pay.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• May be asked to provide non hands-on assistance to residents in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or both
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met
