Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated full-time caregiver to support residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living. You will help transport residents to activities and dining, respond to requests, and ensure safety across the community.

The role emphasizes a compassionate, respectful approach. Requires a High School diploma and CPR certification; if not certified, certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for this position must be met.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with aging population preferred.
• Possess a calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor.
• If not certified, must obtain certification within 30 days of hire, if required.

• CPR certification
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated
• If not certified, must be able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire, if required
