Job summary

MAY Management is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support daily operations for multiple homeowner and condominium associations in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville, FL. The role emphasizes organization, vendor coordination, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have an active Florida CAM license or be pursuing it, with prior HOA or property management experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license is required or in progress
• Previous HOA or property management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with property management software

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks for multiple associations
• Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and portals
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and work orders
• Support maintenance troubleshooting and project follow-ups
• Assist with violation tracking and compliance correspondence
• Prepare meeting agendas, notices, and board packets
• Attend Board meetings and assist with follow-up items
• Maintain records and association documentation
• Prepare community communications and notices
