Dunkin’ is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to lead a fast‑paced Dunkin’ location in Lackawanna County, Archbald. You’ll help drive guest satisfaction, product quality, and store performance while developing a team that delivers legendary hospitality.

You’ll manage shifts, coaching, scheduling, and inventory, with a focus on a clean, friendly dining area. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities through our franchise network.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• SERV Safe Certified
