Cannoli Plus in New York City is hiring for a full-time cafe/bakery team member. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, handle payments, and keep the shop clean while assisting with light food prep.

We seek friendly, reliable staff with cafe or customer service experience; mornings, evenings, weekends. Starting now. $18.75–$20/hr plus tips; schedule 6am–6pm, daily, Sundays closed.

Formación

• Experience in café, bakery, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, take orders, and assist with menu selections.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to high presentation standards.
• Process cash and card payments accurately using a POS system.
• Keep tables, counters, display cases, and customer seating clean and organized.
• Restock beverages, pastries, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with light food preparation, including plating pastries, warming items, and simple assembly.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and courteously.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing..
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization..
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds..
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and other assigned shifts.
