Job summary

East Side Enterprises seeks Seasons Corner Market Café Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare coffee and sandwiches, handle POS transactions, and maintain brand standards.

• Prepare and serve coffee and sandwiches in accordance with brand standards, recipes and systems.
• Provide excellent guest service. Resolve guest issues if needed.
• Execute restaurant standards and brand marketing initiatives
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain clean and neat work environment
• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
• Work well and communicate with team members
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Great sense of urgency, ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills, ability to count money and make change
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment
