Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Café Leader to back the Café Leader in delivering guest-focused service, guiding daily operations, and developing a high-performing team. This role emphasizes hospitality, coaching, and maintaining Life Time standards for quality and safety.

You will partner with the Café Leader on labor and financials, drive service excellence, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-centric café culture within a dynamic health and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership in fast-casual or café settings.
• ServSafe Manager certification.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with POS systems, food handling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day café operations focusing on hospitality, service standards, and shift execution.
• Coaches, trains, and motivates team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partners with Café Leader to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and financials.
• Supports hiring, onboarding and development of team members.
• Ensures food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time brand standards on every shift.
