Job summary

Napa Home & Garden is seeking an Assistant Buyer/Product Manager to join our Norcross, GA headquarters. This role supports merchandising from trend analysis to development, assortment planning, and vendor management.

You will work closely with Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely launches and strong performance. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in related roles, advanced Excel skills, and a curious, design-focused mindset to help grow into a future Buyer within our

Qualifications

1–3 years in Buying, Merchandising, Retail or related analytical role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data.

Responsibilities

Support product assortment execution from concept to launch across multiple seasons.
Build dashboards and recurring reports in Excel, Power BI and ERP tools to uncover trends.
Communicate with domestic and international vendors; partner with Design, Sales, Marketing and Operations to keep launches on track.
Research consumer trends, pricing and design directions to inform assortment planning; participate in line reviews and trade shows.
