The role requires exceptional hospitality, strong communication, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Advanced Excel is required; strong data entry and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily showroom operations including opening, closing, and shift changes to maintain standards.
• Provide administrative support: answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence.
• Offer hospitality and food service to representatives and customers during market shows.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and sales targets.
• Assist in setting up and organizing merchandise displays to showcase products.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom appearance at all times.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed when handling equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to design/custom props and displays for markets.
• Demonstrate Napa's core values; perform additional duties as needed.

Job purpose:

The Seasonal Showroom Associate assists with day-to-day Showroom operations which include showroom set ups and break downs, sales & marketing endeavors, event coordination, organization, and customer engagement. This position will also collaborate with corporate partners to design and craft custom props and displays tailored to enhance the appeal and branding of each market show.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily showroom operations to include opening, closing, and shift change functions to maintain operational standards each day.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and food service to representatives and customers during market shows.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Adhere to guidelines set by Napa and assist in setting up and organizing merchandise displays to effectively showcase products.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance at all times.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations when handling equipment and materials.

• Carrying, Pushing, Pulling boxes, catalogs, sample orders up to 50 lbs.
• Moving props up to 50 lbs. individually, or up to 100 lbs. assisted
