Napa Home & Garden is looking for an Assistant Buyer/Product Manager who wants a real seat at the table while learning every aspect of merchandising, from trends to product development, assortment planning and vendor management. This is the first step on Napa's merchandising career path, built for someone who's analytical, design-curious, and ready to grow into a future Buyer.
The Assistant Buyer/Product Manager plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution and performance of product launches.
This is a hybrid role based at our Norcross, GA headquarters. Candidates should expect to be in the office up to 3 days a week. Extended hours and select weekends during peak season, showroom prep and market (twice annually).
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
