Windsor is seeking an Assistant Buyer in Santa Fe Springs, CA to support the Buyer with vendor communication, style selection, and inventory management. This full-time role blends fast-paced ecommerce and offline planning, offering growth toward Planning, Buying, or other corporate positions while upholding Windsor values.

You will collaborate across Planning, Allocation, E-Commerce, and Marketing, analyze daily reports, and help drive best-seller strategies.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the fashion industry.
• Assistant Buyer experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Degree in Fashion, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Drive online growth for Tops by analyzing daily/weekly selling reports and KPIs.
• Create reports with Excel/BI and present findings in reviews.
• Identify best-sellers and manage reorders and inventory shifts.
• Collaborate with Planning, Allocation, E-Commerce, and Marketing for unified strategy.
• Communicate with vendors and prepare accurate purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on invoice issues.
