Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Data-driven problem solver with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and procure merchandise with the Buyer to meet profit targets.
• Provide operational support by analyzing category performance.
• Participate in market visits and vendor appointments to select assortments and negotiate pricing.
• Contribute insights from competitive shopping and market performance evaluations.
• Build and nurture strong vendor relationships and communicate updates to managers.
