The West Side YMCA is seeking an Assistant Business Manager. The Assistant Business Manager, under the supervision of the Business Manager, will provide leadership for the branch's day-to-day business functions at the West Side YMCA. Major responsibilities include procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, payroll, human resources, project management, and the general ledger. In addition, the Assistant Business Manager will track the financial performance for all fee-based and government-funded contracts. They will also partner with the Business Manager to supervise and manage the branch’s budget.
