Job Description

Mungo Homes is adding an Assistant Builder to our growing team in the Charlotte, NC market!

This position is responsible for learning several aspects of our business including customer service, permitting, project management, and system administration for our integrated computer system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work with Senior Builders and the corporate office to be trained on the KOVA system.
2. Participate in customer service follow-up with homeowners according to company program.
3. Assist in and observe inspections and meetings while maintaining a professional demeanor.
4. Work with Builders and other departments to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with the Production team, customers/clients, and trade partners. Monitor work performance of Punch/Merchandising personnel and/or trade partners, and report feedback to the Area Production Manager.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; or 1-2 years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• KOVA software, preferred
