About the role:

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and entrepreneurial Assistant Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support Brand Managers across a portfolio of beloved and fast-growing fermented food brands—including Bubbies, Wildbrine, and Flanagan Farm, to name a few. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of brand marketing, from consumer insights and product innovation to P&L management, digital campaigns, and trade show execution. You’ll be hands-on with projects that have a real business impact and will be given the tools and mentorship to eventually take on full brand ownership.

You’ll get to:

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns across a dynamic portfolio of food brands
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and R&D teams to bring new products to market and support retail execution
  • Manage logistics and execution for trade shows and brand events, ensuring flawless representation of our brands
  • Analyze sales, category, and consumer data to monitor health of business, uncover insights and provide recommendations to marketing team members to inform brand strategy and innovation
  • Work closely with agencies and external partners to develop brand assets, including digital advertising, packaging, and sales communications tools
  • Lead a variety of special projects as they arise to support the full commercial organization

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields (CPG experience a plus)
  • A self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
