Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants
• Assist with daily sales activity and staff coaching
• Coordinate and complete operational duties (opening/closing, vault cash, supplies)
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed
• Comply with risk management requirements and policies
