Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager to support branch operations, drive loan sales, and manage delinquent accounts. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, perform tax preparation tasks, and assist customers in person to meet financial needs.

The role emphasizes daily outbound calls and high-volume customer outreach. You will develop leadership, sales, and operational skills to advance toward a Branch Manager position, with performance-based earnings and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payments.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume.
• Prepare and assist customers with tax-related questions and loan applications in person.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documentation in company systems.
• Shadow the Branch Manager on daily operations and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash; complete required bank runs.
