Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact past-due customers to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments with daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for products and services; assist Branch Manager with reports.
• Ensure branch compliance and coordinate daily operations in absence of the manager.
• Learn applicable insurance product licenses and related regulations.
