Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-focused professional in Texas to process credit loan applications and present loan solutions tailored to customer needs. You will promote available sales products and help maintain compliance while delivering excellent service.

The role offers a base rate of $20–$25 per hour plus a competitive monthly incentive based on individual and company performance, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position; two (2) years in Consumer Lending/Financial Services with KPI achievement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Ability to complete duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Must work at assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications, present loan solutions based on customer needs, and promote sales products.
• Contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments and deposits.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Assist the Branch Manager with reports.
• Maintain branch compliance.
• Coordinate daily operations in absence of manager.
• Learn applicable consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• May perform additional tasks based on market demand.
