Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Carrollton, VA location to oversee branch operations and drive member service excellence. You will coach staff, grow loans and deposits, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while delivering consultative financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in a financial institution.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Notary Public commission within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Grows market share of loans and deposits for members.
• Supervises Branch Services staff and coaches team.
• Provides ongoing staff development and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with BSA and US Patriots Act.
• Processes new accounts, loans, and transactions for members.
• Works at Carrollton branch and on-site as needed.
