Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: act as Branch Manager in their absence and oversee daily operations.
• Team Supervision: supervise Head Teller and Teller teams and ensure accountability.
• Branch Branding & Growth: promote sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Customer Engagement: connect with clients, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance & Accuracy: review transactions and maintain policy compliance.
• Performance & Standards: meet branch metrics and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Professional Development: pursue ongoing training and education.
