What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development:

• Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff
• Support training, performance management, and career development
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

• Serve as the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service
• Resolve complex customer issues and provide financial solutions
• Build and deepen customer relationships

Business Development & Growth:

• Identify referral opportunities across banking, mortgage, and financial services
• Participate in community outreach and networking

Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Manager
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor cash handling, security, and audit readiness

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Partner with leadership to meet branch performance goals
• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience in banking, lending, or financial services
• Proven ability to meet goals and drive resultsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• NMLS registration (or ability to obtain/maintain)
• Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required
