Job summary

BayCoast Bank in Fall River, MA, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to lead the Airport Road branch operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with the Branch Manager to drive growth, ensure compliance, and build local relationships, with opportunities for professional development and community involvement.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset; evening/ weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in banking, lending, or financial services.
• Proven ability to meet goals and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• NMLS registration (or ability to obtain/maintain).
• Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do
