Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of leadership, supervisory, sales, operations, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch management and operations.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees to maintain a high-performing culture.
• Foster a positive work environment with teamwork and accountability.
• Assist in setting and achieving branch sales and profitability goals.
• Support business development to attract new customers and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor sales activities and help implement strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Address customer inquiries and service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, stock levels, receiving, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive work environment.
• Support administrative functions including reporting and recordkeeping.
• Monitor branch performance KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Finance, and others to support branch objectives.
• Assist with cash management, security procedures, and asset protection as required.
• Serve as acting branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
