Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, improve inventory accuracy, and lead a safety‑minded team at our Winston‑Salem facility. You will coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure on‑time product availability and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, training, and performance management, with a focus on process improvement, safety, and efficiency to support branch operations across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory management and workflow coordination.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with WMS or similar software preferred.
• Experience in building materials or construction supply industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and product movement.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members through hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Implement processes that improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and branch leadership to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety.
