Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years financial or equivalent retail sales experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Credit or lending background.
• Complete and thorough knowledge of all products and services of the credit union.
• Knowledge of all relevant rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Notary Public required.
• Signature Guarantee required.
• NMLS Registration required.
• Must possess good communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages branch operations and staffing levels.
• Leads staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Executes sales and service activities to meet goals.
• Ensures adherence to policies, compliance, and security measures.
• Conducts staff development and performance reviews.
• Oversees branch loan production, underwriting within authority, and disbursement.
• Delivers exceptional member service and supports community involvement.
• Manages budget development and branch expenses.
• Provides facilities management, repairs bids, and ATM maintenance.
• Offers flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, and coverage for other branches.
• Travels between branches to ensure coverage and consistency.
• Notary Public duties performed as required.
• Completes assigned projects.
