Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in customer service/supervisory role in banking/retail.
• At least 3 years of operations experience in banking.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and banking regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software.
• Notary Public licensed in NY state required.
• Willing to travel for mandatory training; weekends optional.
