Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
• Manages the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence and helps drive branch sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company policies.
• Resolve customer issues, investigate complaints, and adjust resources as needed.
• Oversee budgets, staffing schedules, and ensure timely billing of orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
