Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in the United States (PA) seeks a senior geotechnical engineering leader to mentor staff, manage projects, and grow the firm’s geotechnical and construction materials expertise.

You will oversee report preparation, client development, and marketing efforts while maintaining professional engineering standards and guiding junior engineers.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering – ABET accreditation preferred.
• 10–15 years of technical and managerial experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Being a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work.
• Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace.
• Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff.
• Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects.

• Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services.
