Job summary

Directions Credit Union seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee branch operations and ensure efficient, accurate performance of supervisory and branch duties. The role includes handling member transactions and building professional relations with members.

Additionally, you will coordinate with Credit Union personnel and Management to maintain smooth daily operations, and you must read and strictly follow all policies, rules, regulations, and training, along with the company handbook provisions.

• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel and with Management.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
• The employee is responsible for reading and shall strictly adhere to all policies, rules and regulations, and training that have been or that may hereafter be established by or applicable to Company for the conduct of its employees, and further, Employee shall strictly adhere to all the provisions of the Company’s handbook(s).
