Job summary

Directions Credit Union in Ashland, OH is looking for a Branch Supervisor with 3-5 years of banking experience to oversee daily branch operations and ensure accurate member transactions.

You will focus on maintaining strong member relations, coordinating with other staff and management, and upholding the credit union's policies and regulatory requirements through attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer/member service experience with a bank, credit union or financial institution.
• Associates or better in Banking & Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of supervisory and branch functions.
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of member transactions.
• Establishes and maintains effective, professional business relations with members.
• Maintains coordination with Credit Union personnel and Management.

• Reads and strictly adheres to all policies, rules and regulations, and training that have been or may be established by the Company.
