Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a qualified professional to supervise branch operations and ensure accurate handling of member transactions. The role emphasizes building professional relationships with members and coordinating with Credit Union staff and management.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer/member service experience in a banking environment and an associates degree in Banking & Finance or related field. Adherence to all company policies and training is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer/member service experience with a bank, credit union or financial institution.
• Experience establishing and maintaining professional relationships with members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective coordination with Credit Union personnel and Management.
• Willingness to read, follow and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations and training applicable to Directions Credit Union.
