Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead branch operations and member transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will coordinate with staff and management to deliver outstanding service.

The role emphasizes building professional relationships with members, adhering to policies, and meeting regulatory requirements. 3-5 years of banking or financial institution experience preferred; an Associates degree in Banking & Finance or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer/member service experience with a bank, credit union or financial institution.
• Associates or better in Banking & Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of supervisory and branch functions.
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of member transactions.
• Establishes and maintains effective, professional business relations with members.
• Establishes and maintains effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel and with Management.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
• Reads and adheres to all policies, rules, regulations, and training established by the Company and its handbooks.
