Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in the greater Birmingham area. We operate across eleven branches and are the official credit union of the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

This role supports members with financial transactions, handles inquiries about products and services, processes loans, and provides exceptional customer service while performing routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior frontline financial service experience.
• Experience handling money.
• Knowledge of the lending process.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist team and members with financial transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Help members with opening and closing accounts and answer complex product questions.
• Receive loan applications and assist with the lending process.
• Resolve problems and perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, and phone duties.

Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full time Assistant Branch Manager.

We want to help our members Craft their Legacy by providing products and services to our members that help fulfill their financial needs. • This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.

In this Assistant Branch Manager position, we rely on you to effectively assist our team and members with all of their financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service. This role will assist members with opening and closing accounts, answering complex questions about products and services, receiving loan applications, as well as resolving problems. In addition to helping our members, you are happy to jump in and perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
