Graybar is seeking an Assistant Branch Administrator to support billing, credits, deductions, and supplier returns. You will obtain proofs of delivery and resolve supplier credits and billbacks, requiring attention to detail and strong data-entry skills.

Preferred candidates have a high school education, solid organizational abilities, and some related experience. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
