Graybar is seeking a Branch Manager – CommData in Oklahoma City to develop and implement business plans that meet financial and service goals, while efficiently managing all branch resources. You will design programs to optimize profit, supervise staff, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role requires leadership, strong sales and operations experience, and the ability to drive market growth. Travel may be required and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, operations or finance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in the wholesale distribution industry and supply chain management principles.
• Understanding of the impact pricing decisions have on the profit and loss.
• Experience with computer systems and related applications and reporting methods.
• Business planning and market analysis skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Negotiation and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically about business needs.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and effectively supervise staff to achieve results through others.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve short and long-term goals of branch.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple internal and external layers of the organization.
• Some travel required.

• Monitor competitive conditions in the territory, and recommend changes as necessary to gain market share in new areas.

What You Bring To The Table

Pay Details

The expected salary for this position is starting at $105,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.

This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes. Graybar offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program to support eligible drivers. This program allows you to choose and drive your own vehicle, rather than a company-assigned car, and your reimbursements can help you build equity in your vehicle over time. Please note that certain vehicle requirements, such as age and original MSRP, may impact your eligibility for tax-free reimbursement. More information about Graybar's FAVR reimbursement program will be shared upon hire.
