Job summary

Lake Elsinore Unified School District seeks an Assistant Boys Soccer Coach (Non-Teaching) at Elsinore High School to support a comprehensive high school soccer program. Under the Varsity Head Soccer Coach, you will mentor, recruit, train, coach and coordinate program aspects for the 2026‑2027 season.

The role focuses on developing student‑athletes, adhering to CIF rules, and maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time, seasonal position at Elsinore High School.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated ability to lead young adults in an athletic setting
• Working knowledge of CIF rules/regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Varsity Head Soccer Coach, this position has the responsibility to assist the head coach with a comprehensive high school soccer program where the primary focus will be to support the head coach in mentoring, recruiting, training, coaching, and coordinating aspects of a high school soccer program while the total development of the student-athlete is the highest priority.
